General B Contractor looking for Licensed Sub contractors Painter- Have 3 projects total 825, 2700 and 1800 approx 5400 sq ft Interior 2 Tile flooring jobs porcelain- floor tile 2400 + 1700 2 large bathroom showers- large rooms and 1 medium side bathroom with shower Wall paper removal approx 2400 sq ft house Drywall - skim coat 900 sq ft and 1200 Luxury Vinyl flooring 1700 sq ft existing tile floor-turn to polished cement floor. All way looking for Licensed flooring subs for large new construction projects. Only inquire if familiar with commercial rates. Commercial rates are not similar in any way to individual residential projects. Volumes of 250,000-1,200,000 sqft. Please let me know if interested and availability
