Description

One full-time, Monday through Friday position available working for a homeowners association with 160 homes on 40+ acres. Supervised by our grounds foreman. Duties include grounds-keeping using power tools, removing debris, weeding, operating riding lawn mower, checking and repairing sprinklers, edge trimming, cleaning pools and pool decks and restrooms, cleaning clubhouse, using and securely storing tools, completing other related work as directed. Primarily works outdoors. Requires walking, standing, carrying, lifting up to 100 pounds, stooping, climbing, bending, kneeling and reaching, climbing ladders. Works around moving objects and vehicles. Requires skills in verbal communication, basic reading, and writing. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and respond to resident questions. OR driver's license desirable. Background check will be done. Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Paid vacation, sick, and holiday provided. Salary to be reviewed 3 to 6 months after employment start date.
