POSITION SUMMARY: The person in this position is responsible for operating company equipment to load and unload all customers, public and company vehicles arriving and departing all production areas. Sorting scrap metal, inspecting material and grading loads. Also, helps to keep the operation running at a high level of productivity and safety. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ability to operate a crane * Must be able to communicate effectively in English. * Material knowledge * Material orientation * Must be personable and courteous with customers and employees. * Must be able to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision REQUIREMENTS: * Team player, works well with others * Professional attitude, Trustworthy and Dependable * Must be able to work flexible hours during ship loading LENGTH OF POSITION: Great ‘temp to perm’ opportunity!
