Taylor Homes is a fast paced, growing remodeling company based in Greensboro, NC. Our goal is to provide high quality, precise and timely remodels to our customers while providing industry leading communication and craftsmanship throughout the entire life of the project. The Position: Taylor Homes is looking for a Carpenter Foreman. The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour. A pay review will be conducted after 90 days of employment. Requirements: ▪ 10+ Years of Experience in the Home Remodeling Field ▪ Mechanical Skills – Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools and machinery ▪ Attention to detail – Ability to be precise in each action that is taken throughout your time on the job site ▪ Ability to read and implement construction processes based on blueprints, Architectural Drawings and 2020 layouts Responsibilities: ▪ Jobsite Prep and Clean Up – Pad and protect the jobsite prior to and during the jobsite. Cleanliness is paramount ▪ Demo – Remove existing trim, walls, flooring, plumbing and electrical as needed ▪ Framing – Well versed on framing both non-load bearing and load bearing walls o Also will include ability to frame and build decks ▪ Trim – Be able to properly install LVP flooring, trim, windows, doors, caulking, filling and close out work
