Description

We are looking for an experienced janitor/custodian/facilities maintenance person to join our team. Responsibilities include: Cleaning office spaces including vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, dusting, watering plants, etc. Cleaning plant lunchroom and restrooms including mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, emptying trash, changing lightbulbs as needed, etc. Facilities maintenance including changing lightbulbs as needed, watering trees/plants, picking up trash around property as needed, sweeping sidewalks, snow removal when necessary. Landscaping maintenance (seasonal) to include mowing grass, pulling weeds, spraying, sweeping/blowing debris from parking lots, etc. All cleaning products and tools will be provided. Candidate must be able to stand, sit, squat, push, pull and be on their feet for 8 hours a day. Lifting up to 25# may be required. Willing to consider both full or part-time positions based on the candidates availability and preference. This is a DAYTIME position - during regular business hours.
