Dalton Management is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to join our team at Poplar Village, a 136 unit property in Medford, Oregon. Dalton Management offers a professional work environment, ongoing education and strict compliance with Fair Housing and Tenant Landlord Law. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, enjoy working as a team, and possess a “can-do” attitude. The schedule is – 40 hours total per week. TYPICAL DUTIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:  -Apartment turn over maintenance, painting, and touch up  -Communicate successfully with community manager  -Clean common areas  -Drywall repair and patching  -Install ceiling fans, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and faucets  -Repair tile and grout  -Troubleshoot water heaters and thermostats  -Complete unit to unit inspections per supervisor's request REQUIREMENTS:  -Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required  -Employee must have their own tools to perform duties  High School diploma or equivalent  Basic knowledge of Oregon Tenant/Landlord Laws  Understanding Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing laws  Basic computer skills  At least 1 year of property management experience BENEFITS  $16-$19.00/Hour  Bonuses (potential to earn an additional $100.00 per month) after 60 days  20% off market rent  Paid W/S/G  PTO/FSA/Health/Dental after 60 days  Simple IRA If you would like to join our fun, talented team that will offer you the tools to succeed, please do so by submitting your resume and cover letter to the e-mail listed in this posting.
