Entry level Maintenance Technicians needed Local property management company seeking entry level worker willing to learn and grow in general maintenance/construction field. Year round, full time(40+) employment. • $18.00-$20.00 to start DOE plus benefits • General maintenance/construction experience a plus • Clean driving record with proof of insurance • Able to pass pre hire physical and drug screen • Able to work in inclement weather • Rotate with 24 hr on call duty • Use of personal vehicle required (no cars- must be able to tow small trailer), with a mileage reimbursement provided • Must have own basic tools • Experience in minor electrical, plumbing and building repairs a plus • Able to follow instructions and to track job times/costs accurately Let us know what you have to bring to our diverse team!
