Refinishing Technician needed- on the job training

In need of independent contractor(s) for bath tub, cabinet and countertop refinishing using an HVLP spray rig in the Wichita area. You will primarily be working in apartment complexes. Experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided, this takes about 3-4 weeks. Requirements include: reliable vehicle Cell phone Solid work ethic Ability to work 5 days a week, some days later than others. No felonies on your record Some communication skills Willingness to learn Ability to be on job sites by 9:00 A.M. Auto body paint experience, or experience with an HVLP gun is a plus but not required The following will not be tolerated: Profanity while on job site Disrespect towards customers Criminal misconduct Harassment Misuse of equipment and/or material Tardiness Excessive time off Alcohol/drug use on job site This is an independent contractor commission based job - you will receive 50% commission and we are willing to help you get started with material and equipment.
