Needing a starter installed

I have a 1991 lincoln town car with a 4.6. The starter is beginning to act up. It's a 2 bolt starter not the 3 bolt. I would like to find someone close to richmond. I WILL NOT PAY UNTIL ITS DONE. AND I WILL BE WATCHING. I've been burned in the past.
