We excel in the design, programming, engineering, fabrication and installation of small to large scale architectural signage projects. We have a position open for a full-time Sign Installation Technician to add to our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable and willing to travel from our Amityville office to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey and other local areas, on a daily basis and is looking for an opportunity to provide excellent customer service and show pride in their work. The position requires having or being able to learn the following skills: - Ability to apply vinyl/ digital prints, other environmental graphics to walls, glass, and surfaces at clients' sites. - Able to accurately measure and mount hardware brackets of various types and install signage including pin-mounted formed letters, and logos. - Capable of understanding and reading blueprints to determine locations, quantities, and products being installed. Qualifications & Experience: At least 2 years of sign installation experience. 6+ years a plus Must have a clean driver’s license and a good driving record. Completely comfortable regularly driving to NYC and occasional out-of-state travel. Ability to accurately use general carpentry tools such as tape measure, hand drill, level, and other hand tools. Ability to take photos of client sites, sign installations to communicate field conditions Customer service focused Reliable and have a great work ethic Good communication skills Benefits offered include use of company van, medical, dental, 401k with match, and paid time off.
