Matt-Hat Jerky is hiring management and crew positions for making beef jerky. The production consists of laying out beef onto sheets, drying the meat. Checking finished beef for quality control. Bagging the dried jerky and cleaning the production area. Pay averages are between $16 and $24 per hour. For the crew no experience required. Must work quickly and have a positive attitude. A desire to learn is a must. For management experience is required, must be high energy and have a very positive attitude. Attention to tiny details is an absolute must.
