New addition footing/block work wanted

I am looking to remove a non-conditioned porch and replace it with a crawl-space addition in the fall (Aug/Sept start time). Currently seeking bids to excavate and do footings/block work/waterproofing. The new addition is a bump-out of the existing home, so the blockwork needs to be coplanar to the rest of the home. Tight tolerances are a must. General info - 19x6 footings, min 3.5' below grade. About 1.5' of above grade block for a total wall height of 5' (This will change by a bit - the front of the house is covered in stucco, so I can't give an exact height on where the top is until I do the demo). block wall 24' wide from outer edge to outer edge. 7' long from outer to outer. Need to tie into existing home block. Few waterproofing methods available - open to your thoughts
