Description
Become a subject matter expert in interconnection processes and state specific/utility specific requirements for all states
· Serve as a mentor and resource for all Interconnection team members.
· Support all in-house training of New Hires.
· Assist in the creation of “cheat sheets” for use in the interconnection process for the top 5 utilities in each state
· Maintain “cheat sheets” to ensure it is up to date, when necessary, as state or utility requirements change.
· Process all NMIN application statuses for “new states” until such time that other team members can be trained to take over.
o Assist processing NMIN/ICRs when necessary, to hit department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Update Financial reports weekly (Sunlight and/or LoanPal).
o Assign tasks to the necessary individuals to move aged projects pending permission to operate forward
· Create and disseminate audits of team members’ pipelines.
· Review checks for accuracy, update in SF and stamp for outgoing ICR payments (application fees, meter swaps, etc.)
· Assist in researching accounts when necessary.
· Address escalated phone calls with utility representatives or customers
· Actively participate in weekly leadership meetings
o Regularly bring concerns, questions, and resolutions to the table along with innovative ideas.
· Create Quarterly Goals in Paycom to ensure continued learning and growth.
