Young dog needs a new home, or any rescues could take him?

Blunt is a year old black lab/german shepherd mix. He is a smart dog and super friendly. He was purchased as a puppy for someone that left the situation. He is not potty trained and has a skin condition to either of these issues at the place he lives no one has time to care for him. He is not neutered or up to date on shots. His skin condition on his back may be from stress im not sure. This sweet dog deserves love and attention and hes not getting it where he is. Id take him but i have too many dogs already. Please someone help me figure this out. (Please no shady replies, im not naive to the unspeakable sick things in this world so if u have ill intentions for this beautiful dog like using him for a bait dog, or whatever sick thing……move on and lord help you too.)
