Porter/Groundskeeper *This position will go FAST, apply today* $14.00 per hour (8am – 5pm) – Monday – Friday Health, Dental and Vision Benefits for all team members 401k Plan Eligibility Must be able to pass Drug and Background Check (No Felonies) POSITION: Groundskeeper DESCRIPTION: Collect trash from the doorstep at apartment communities then transport all trash to the dumpster on-site, and ensure cleanliness of the areas. COMPENSATION: Pay rate is $14.00 base pay + $200 bonus per month(8am – 5pm) – Monday – Friday REQUIRED TRAINING: Paid training is available on the first day of the job. WORK SCHEDULE (5-Days per Week): 8am-5pm POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Pickup truck is -NOT- required. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have flexible schedule to be on-call. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. Ability to climb stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to unfriendly odors. Must inspect and maintain trash cans and dumpster areas for loose trash. Must have Smartphone for business purposes Experience working in outdoor environment or similar positions is a plus, but not required. DUTIES: Collect trash from doorstep of each unit, collect trash from dog stations, pickup loose trash from the grounds, and remove trash from dumpster area (no trash left behind).
