Experienced drummer here looking for a band or musicians to form one. Value personality and ability to work together over the talent. We've all been in that group where everyone is a great player but doesn't enjoy playing together because of the egos and attitudes. Playing music should be fun and that's what I'm seeking. Players who enjoy playing, can be in a band without the drama and can compromise when needed to improve the overall band. Ideally a versatile cover band that can play out a few times a month, players who are prepared prior to rehearsal, and people who can work together while having fun.
