Improvising guitarist seeks capable, inquisitive percussionist (and potentially others) for long-form exploratory jamming, composition and public performance. Extra cool (but not necessary) if you are modern music-tech savvy (DAWs, controllers, clip-based composition, electronic FX). For other than percussion/drums, a solid knowledge of music theory, incl. jazz, is prerequisite along with really knowing your way around your instrument. I'm near College Park/Greenbelt. Can host or travel (within reason). I've been at this for awhile, so I'm looking for (and bring) beyond-beginner skills. That said, specifics of musical background and taste matter less here than open-mindedness, love of jamming, and willingness to both fail and succeed at something completely new.
