Looking for a reliable and experienced handyman/contractor to do turnaround for multiple rentals in Hernando county like painting, kitchen cabinets, kitchen laminate countertops, vinyl plank flooring, clean out, screen repair, light fixtures/fans etc. Prompt payments (same day or in phases as work is completed). We are looking for long term stable business relationship as we continue to add rentals.
