LOST grey tabby cat. Last seen early AM 2/19 on East 14th st & Clifford Ave. Has a scratchy voice and is incredibly chatty. Cloudy in both eyes with a brown spot in his left eye. His family really misses him and wants him to come home. Please reach out with any info.
