Hello! I have a small 3 bedroom townhome in Fuquay Varina that needs some bedroom window repairs done. They are minor repairs. The master bedroom window does not lock. One guest bedroom has a broken spring in the window. One guest bedroom has no screen. The townhome is a rental property and has a lockbox. The job must be completed by Sunday February 27.
