Found young, female chihuahua

Hello! I found this young, female chihuahua in the alley behind my house in Westchester. She was very friendly with my puppy and me, and she followed us home. Her teeth are in great shape, and she isn't housebroken; I wouldn't think she's even a year old. Unfortunately, she won't stop chasing and barking at our cat--and we can't make that work. We were hoping to keep her until we could find her family, but we will likely take her to the SPCA. If this is your dog or if you are interested in giving her a home, please reach out. She is playful and sweet and would likely do very well in a home with other dogs and children. Thank you!
