Education: High School or equivalent (preferred)
Location: Tewksbury, MA
Job Type: Full Time, flexible (30-40 hours/week) with opportunity for overtime
Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Pay: $20-$25/hour
HardTop Hotel is a fast-growing service provider for Jeep Wrangler owners headquartered in Tewksbury, MA servicing customers in MA, NH, RI, ME, and CT. We provide removal and storage of Jeep Wrangler hardtops as well as installation, removal, and storage of Jeep Wrangler soft tops. We provide a seemingly simple solution to a big problem for our customers, relying heavily on our dedicated, friendly, and energetic team to reach our goals and exceed customer expectations.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Technician that is looking for a fast-paced team-oriented work environment. Our Service Technicians are responsible for completing daily scheduled services routes throughout New England, on-site (home and office) customer interaction and providing hard and soft top removal, storage, and return services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily service route, driving box truck
• Great customers service skills
• HardTop removal, storage, and return
• SoftTop Install, storage and return
Job Requirements and Skills:
• No Jeep Wrangler experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to Tewksbury, MA office
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Self-motivated, reliable, and friendly personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work successfully with a partner/team
• Flexible schedule and hours
• Critical thinking and problem solving
