Anyone Interested in Sharing a Recording Space?

Description

I'm looking to collaborate with someone with a personal studio or who might have access to a space that would be ideal for setting up a recording studio. This could be a great opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in some type of studio sharing arrangement and is willing to provide the space to setup a studio and in exchange I will provide the gear. This could also work for somebody wanting to supplement an existing recording space you might already have with additional gear. I have everything necessary from recording console, outboard gear, audio interfaces, computer, DAW software, control surfaces, microphones, stands, headphones, monitor speakers, and everything in between to outfit a home/project based studio with gear in addition to some basic sound absorption and acoustical foam panels to help treat/dampen an existing room. I have knowledge in constructing low cost but effective acoustical treatments to help make a room sound good. In terms of using the space, my time is somewhat limited and I would only be available to work/engineer on an occasional and select project basis; It would take a lot of time and resources to put together a studio space on my own, and it just makes more sense for me to collaborate with someone already doing the same. This could be a win-win for both of us. You would get use of some great gear at no cost, and I would get access to a recording space when needed. You could use the studio for your independent use, as well as any projects we agree to collaborate on. You can continue to work out of the studio and bring in your own projects generating extra income for yourself, I'm okay with that. Your projects belong to you and what you charge is totally up to you. My equipment was removed from a prior home studio and is currently sitting in my basement. Some of my equipment is getting a little older but has lots of useful life to it and can easily integrate into a more modern DAW based recording setup. Personally I haven't done much for recording in the past few years but I'm looking forward to putting all this gear to creative use and getting it back into some kind of recording space. If you have ideas and share a similar interest, please call or text me and let's talk.
