Job Type: We are looking for a Regional Manager to handle operations for our growing company. We place roughly 3,000 signs each weekend in the real estate industry. We cover the entire Western PA throughout multiple counties. We have employees in most areas, but will be to cover areas until we have staffing. We are growing and will continue to grow as we grow you will grow with our company. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: Customer Relations Working with Graphic Design/Production Maintain Work Force Hire/Terminate employees Salary starts at $25,000 Benefits: Dental insurance, Employee discount, Flexible schedule, Health insurance, Paid time off, Parental leave, Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
