Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA is looking to add a Facilities Maintenance & HVACR Tech to our Facilities Team! Our Facilities Team maintains our Store Support Center, keeping the premises and buildings clean and functioning properly. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will have responsibility for providing preventative maintenance and repairs to building premises and warehouse equipment. They will work with a variety of systems related to the heating, ventilation, AC, and refrigeration of our Store Support Center. Responsibilities: - Performing repairs and replacing parts and components on warehouse equipment, such as conveyor wrappers, air compressors, among others - Providing welding and fabrication work - Maintaining and installing equipment and various components for all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems - Testing and evaluating performance of equipment; repairs or replaces defective valves, thermostats, and other parts - Reading and interpreting blueprints and other drawings and diagrams
