We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will help maintain two residential communities in the Killeen, Texas area. Responsibilities: • Communicate & coordinate with on-site staff to complete projects, repair equipment, and complete work orders • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion • Track work orders and maintenance projects in various software platforms • Prepare and present reports regarding the status of maintenance projects Qualifications: • Previous experience in property maintenance, property management, or other related fields • Ability to complete skilled work including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. • Ability to work alongside other team members • Ability to communicate appropriately with tenants • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Our ideal candidate has extensive maintenance and technical experience - candidates with HVAC, Plumbing, and other technical certifications are highly sought-after. Our ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of standard computer software and will be comfortable working with new systems and communicating with team members via phone, email, and text message.
