Worth Home Services is currently hiring for General Laborers & Contractors (Home Renovation) for multiple home renovation projects in and around the Chattanooga area. We are looking for skilled laborers specializing in Kitchen & Bathroom renovation with specific trades in TILE and FLOORING. We are also looking for finish carpentry, drywall, and paint specialists. We are currently looking for TILE & FLOORING INSTALLATION specialists that have specific experience within the home renovation & remodeling space that are looking to grow with a young local company. General Construction Laborer Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly and 100 lbs on occasion Work is indoors/outdoors in residential and light commercial spaces We are a mon-fri company, however on extremely rare occasions you must be willing to work on Saturday Home Renovation & Design **MUST HAVE TILE, FLOORING, FINISH CARPENTRY, DRYWALL, OR PAINT EXPERIENCE** Take Direction and complete tasks assigned Work in a physical/fast paced environment Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. Assist with picking up materials from home improvement stores, vendors, and contractors to be delivered to jobsite Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. Load or unload construction materials Intermediate carpentry skills a plus Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. Ensure work site is clean & safe Be at least 18 years of age. Ability to do physical labor and physical tasks. Ability to work in all weather Workers must be punctual and have reliable transportation Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
