Please view full descriptions at: We offer weekly lawn mowing to White House, Greenbrier and Goodlettsville. This is accomplished by using 2 person mowing crews running consistent weekly routes. The average workday will be 7 AM until 3 PM; however, some longer days will be required but only after substantial rain delays. Will be operating a Saturday shift this season; crew will alternate or consist of volunteers for extra hours. Our business is entirely seasonal and lasts from March 15th until Thanksgiving each year. The last few weeks are generally slower. You'll know a definite end date because we schedule the entire year up front. You'll be expected to operate string trimmers, zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers and backpack blowers. Experience is not required and you will be trained on all equipment using our methods. We're looking for individuals who can learn our system and provide consistent results. You are expected to work all shifts assigned or coordinate so that your shift can be filled by another employee. Unexcused absences or "no show / no call" will result in termination without documentation for the absence. First raise opportunity is available after 30 days then again every 90 days. You'll be evaluated based on the different "measurements" for your position until you reach the current maximum pay for that position. Payroll is performed weekly and typically deposits on Tuesday (depending on your bank). You'll need to complete a W-4 and I-9 prior to starting work.
