MIRACLE CLEAN TEAM needs to sub contract out the Landmark Ritz 5 Theater starting March 1st. This is a small 5 screen theater in Center City Philadelphia. It has 2 small bathrooms & one handicapped bathroom.. Also it only shows Art & Independent movies so it does not have a lot of heavy traffic so it's mostly detailing. It takes approximately 3 hours a day 7 days a week. Can be done any time after 12am for they open at 11am. So you have flexibility of when you want to service it.
Duties require emptying of all trash cans, cleaning of the 5 auditoriums by removing trash & left over sodas, pop corn, & candy.
You can use a leaf blower to blow the Trash on the floor to the front, then sweep, mop, & vacuuming. The bathrooms get cleaned & detailed, & lastly cleaning of the small lobby by removing trash, cleaning of glass entrance doors, & wiping down of the outside of consession stand & courtesy counters.
Experience in theaters a plus
Starting pay is $1,100.00 per/month to start.
As mentioned this theater doesn't have stadium seating & is very small.
