Contract to hire position Job Description We've begun providing additional services year-round to our customers. We are looking for a full-time cleaning technician. You'll be asked to perform the following tasks: - Window cleaning, interior and exterior - Outdoor pressure washing - Gutter cleaning Must have the ability to: - Safely climb ladders, be at heights above 2 stories. - Lift 50lbs - Work outdoors in all seasons Additional requirements: - Self-starters that understand the values of safety - Team players that desire to be a part of a fast growing company that values and rewards those who help in the success of all who work here. Our work week is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. Pay is commensurate with experience and ability. Typically around $20 per hr plus opportunities for bonuses
