CLEVELAND — Quarterback Baker Mayfield is coming of the Cleveland Browns' COVID-19 reserve list. Mayfield landed on the list, reportedly, after he had contact with someone who had contracted the virus, NBC Sports notes. If he tested negative, the organization would be able to bring him back on Wednesday. The quarterback will have the rest of the week to get ready for the Houston Texans, who the Browns play Sunday at 1 p.m. That game will be played in Cleveland. Mayfield has guided the Browns to a 5-3 start, tossing 15 touchdowns and 1,514 yards. He's completed 61.4 percent of his passes this season, according to Pro Football Reference.
