Immediate Opening for Experienced mowing landscaper $1500 Sign-On bonus Marshall lawn & irrigation located in Overland Park, Kansas seeks a full-time team member. Candidates must have 1 years of experience in mowing commercial and residential accounts. The right candidate will have an ambitious appetite for company advancement and leadership. Effective leadership skills are a plus. Candidates must have a good driving record, valid license. Dependable transportation to and from our work office is a must. Essential Functions: Mowing trimming and blowing of all turf areas around the properties. Sweeps or blows roadside, walkways, parking lots. Edging of walkways, flowerbeds, and curbs throughout the property. Operate and maintain utility vehicles and equipment, following standards and safety guidelines. Knowledge of Stander mowers, string trimmers, edgers and blowers Carry a sense of urgency to assure work is done in a timely manner Work for extended periods of time in various weather conditions Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Use of many common grounds maintenance power tools including mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc. Daily shop upkeep and cleanliness. Typical hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The salary for this position ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience level.
