Five Points Roofing Company is currently hiring a Project Manager to join our Team! We are an established company in the Middle Tennessee area with an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. We are seeking a project manager to manage residential roofing projects in the Franklin and Greater Nashville Area. This is NOT a sales position, this is a guaranteed salary + benefits position on our production team. Responsibilities Include - project scheduling, material delivery, installation supervision, coordinating labor crews, and keeping an open line of communication with the customer. Qualifications Include - construction experience, preferably in roofing, basic computing skills, ability to carry a ladder and climb on roofs, ability to pass a drug and criminal background check, and a clean driving record. Compensation – Salary + Overtime + Quarterly Bonuses + Commissions. Benefits – Health Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield + company truck, phone, and fuel expense card will also be furnished. Truck can be driven home after 90 days. 401k Retirement Plan with 3% Employer Match.
