We at Green Earth Landscaping have had the opportunity to grow significantly over the last year and are now looking for help to keep up with the workload. We have landscaping/ lawn maintenance helper positions, basic tree planting positions available as well as foreman positions. Foreman position: Starting pay $16.00 per hour or more depending on experience This position requires you to be able to go on a property and know exactly how to maintain it without much instruction. You will be required to set your crew up for success while on properties and organize them in the most efficient way possible. You must have the ability to catch "mess ups" that you or your helpers may have created/missed. You will also be required to report a completed list at the end of the day. You will also be required to inspect equipment and report damage, needed repairs. ORGANIZATION IS A MUST! -must have valid driver license -must have verifiable experience in previous foreman position -must be detail oriented and organized -must be able to operate all equipment (zero turn, stander, stick equipment, blower, etc) -STARTING PAY $16.00 or more based on experience Grounds maintenance Helper: Starting pay $14.00 per hour depending on experience This position is a helper position on our lawn maintenance truck. Property sizes range from.25acre up to 45acres. You must be able to perform tasks without someone watching your every move. Duties will include line trimming, edging, mowing, blowing, trash pick up, etc. Job is easy and basic maintenance tasks. -must have minimum experience with stick equipment -must have reliable means to get to and from work -knowledge of operating a stander mower is a HUGE plus but not absolutely necessary -must be able to comprehend and perform basic duties -valid license HUGE PLUS -STARTING PAY $14.00 per hour or more based on experience Tree Planting Helper: Starting pay $14.00 per hour depending on experience This is a basic labor position.
