McMahan's Flooring, Inc. (MFI) is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Dallas, TX. MFI is a flooring company specializing in the multifamily industry. Job Purpose: The Groundskeeper is responsible for keeping the warehouse and parking lot clean of debris, stains, and spills. Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude. Strong ability to pay attention to details Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed. Job Responsibilities: Cleans parking lot areas including curbs; removes oil spots, trash, leaves, dirt, etc. Complete cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc Work effectively with follow team members Supports all teams with cleaning projects. Helps with cleaning emergencies. Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude. Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the Facility WORK REQUIREMENTS: Scheduling: Employee will be required to work at least 30 hours per week. Monday through Friday is the work schedule; however, employee will be included on the Saturday rotation for installation management. Employee will be required to attend all mandatory meetings and events as communicated by immediate supervisor. Physical: Ability to work on multiple tasks Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. Ability to bend and stoop in order to file or shelve Must be able to bend and kneel repetitively, stand and walk for long periods. Ability to work indoors and outside in varying temperatures Must follow all safety requirements and applicable safety policies
