Looking for a shih tzu (preferably a male past the puppy stage). Will have dog fixed if not already fixed, so I don’t need papers. Do not mind paying a reasonable fee, but not a house payment! Will not pay to have the dog shipped either. Just looking for a sweet dog in need of a home and yes I am looking at shelters too.
