Event planner for small venues

We currently have 3 open spaces for rentals. We currently operate as a Dance Studio in each location. We are looking to work with event planners to rent for parties when the studio is not in use. Each location is an open layout 1. Williamsburg, Brooklyn 50×24 open layout 2. South Bronx 40x20 open layout 3. North Merrick 13x60 open layout We currently rent for our own parties, and we are looking to create a network of event planners to host events 50-75 people would probably be the max per location. Each venue comes with - Wood floor and mirrors with an open layout. - Sound system for events - Lighting - Table and chairs (We have a very small amount available) Ideally we want to work with event planners and offer wholesale prices and commissions on all events/parties booked.
