As for former judge Mikey Luttig, it is funny that you as a truMP supporter are against a person financially bettering his/her situation by changing jobs. When trump betters himself financially it usually involves something illegal or immoral and perhaps that is the difference between trump and the judge that gives you problems. As to whether the legal opinion of the former judge has any value, all I can say is that Mike Pence and his legal team thought so. On the other hand, trump was advised by people like Sidney Powell and Giuliani. I do not believe there are any special requirements above and beyond a law degree to practice in the area of Constitutional Law. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but provide proper citation if you do. One area of practice that requires something in addition to a law degree relates to Patent Attorneys (at least in NYS). I cannot remember if there are other exceptions. As for your comment: " Remember, he donated all of his pay as President to various charities.". You really have a low bar and low IQ if you do not realize that his pay stunt was a marketing expense. He did everything possible to use his position as president to enrich himself and his family. He put some on the payroll. They used federal resources to travel. He used pay to play type activities such as using his facilities for events such that people who wanted to "play" needed to hotel with his facility. Furthermore, maybe you remember about his charitable nature that he and most of his children are no longer legally allowed to run a charity. The main beneficiary of trump's charity was TRUMP. Believe me, I have more bad things to say about trump but today I will be CHARITABLE.
