We run background checks on every applicant and do random drug testing. All our team members are trained on each ride. Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island are both busy fast paste tourist attraction areas “Safety if our #1 priority: Our goal is to ensure all our customers have a positive enjoyable experience. All our team members work together to make a stress free, fun experience. Staff Members Responsibilities: • Work outdoors at Clearwater Beach Waterslide or Treasure Island Waterslide area • Job involves helping customers use rides safely, bungee trampoline, waterslide, and other attraction rides • Helping customers and making them feel welcomed • Accepting ride tickets and ensuring customers follow safety rules • Being knowledgeable about your surrounding area for when customer ask for information. i.e., our pricing, safety rules on each ride, hours of operation, transportation, hotels, places to eat, sunset festival Staff Members Requirements: • Communications, good listening skills and patients • Dependability, punctually and regular attendance • Safety, awareness ability to care for customer and care of the surrounding property • Decision Making/ Problem Solving, measuring effectiveness in understanding problems and making timely, practical decisions • Teamwork, how well you get along with fellow employees, respect the rights of other employees and show a cooperative spirit Location: Clearwater Beach Waterslide: 2 Causeway Blvd, Clearwater, FL. next to pier 60 Treasure Island Waterslide: 10400 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island FL. We start at $10 hour plus tips.
