Welcome to Maryland Meditation Center (MMC), which offers guided meditation and mindfulness courses for people of all ages and backgrounds. The program focuses on teaching meditation, incorporating mindfulness into your daily life, and helping you reach a state of inner peace. Whether you are looking to learn to meditate, find a place to meditate regularly or make mindful friends, all are welcome.

An experienced Buddhist monk will lead a guided meditation
Proposed Program:
We offer an online mediation program that consists of an introduction to meditation, followed by guided meditation by our meditation instructor, with a follow-up discussion on the applications of meditation.
