Description

The Office Administrator must have a positive and friendly demeanor. The Office Administrator will assist with office coordination, calendar management, and other administrative tasks. This Office Administrator requires someone who is flexible and driven. The Office Administrator must be ready to jump into any tasks, whenever asked. Responsibilities of the Office Administrator: • Coordinate various administrative tasks (scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, inventory management, etc.) • Preparing necessary methods of communication such as emails, memos, and reports • Create and maintain filing systems; both electronic and physical • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office space (restocking inventory, setting up and taking down conference rooms, wiping down desk, etc.) • Proven ability to politely answer phone calls, and greeting visitors • Order office supplies and restock as needed Qualifications for the Office Administrator: • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 • 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or relevant role • Prior experience with scheduling, calendar management • Preferred previous experience working at a tax firm • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Enthusiastic personality and able to communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues Education Requirements: • High School diploma/GED certification is required Your Duties are as follows:. - Perform official assignment to details/ instructions. - Running personal errands (receiving and making payment). - Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence. - Work independently without much supervision.
