Why are you asking for a fee if the mom abounded them. It’s very hard for them to survive with out their mom. I have pigeons that I raise. You shouldn’t be asking for a fee that’s crazy.usually there mom doesn’t aband them they should of been left alone not touched mom was probably just looking for food.
