N Annapolis Ave near 629, Ventnor City NJ

Description

Found on N Annapolis Ave and 629 at around 1 am. She was friendly and cold. I stuck around and noone came looking. Called PD and tried to find a place to drop her but everyone passed the buck so I took her with. She’s warm, fed, and walked. I’m in Philly but will be back. No tags, either it cane off or didn’t have but looks like she maybe got off leash very recently. Has a gray flea collar and a pink pattern thick band collar.
