If you experience pain, weakness, or want to strengthen your low back, this series is for you! In this 4 week yoga series, you will: Learn how to strengthen your low back to counteract years of bad posture and sitting for extended periods of time, learn safe stretches and poses that strengthen and support, and learn preventive things that can prevent flare ups. No prior yoga experience necessary! Please bring your yoga mat, blankets, and yoga blocks if you have them.
