Meet new connections plus learn the REAL way to make and assemble Chicago-style and Detroit Coney dogs during this social cooking class! Frank and Emma are partnering up again to bring you something they are both passionate about – Midwest food! Frank, originally from Chicago, and Emma, a Michigander, will be showing you some traditional recipes for Chicago-style hot dogs, as well as Detroit Coney dogs and Greek salad. We know hot dogs aren’t complete without a side of fries, so we’ll also be making oven-baked fries that are delicious and easy to do at home. Get ready to have a lot of fun, friendly banter about the best hot dog toppings, and meet some awesome people! *This specific class is geared towards people who are in the age range of 30's to 50's.* Why join a social cooking class?• It's a fun, low pressure space intentionally curated for you to interact with new people. • Forget the awkwardness of typical meet and greet events - You’ll be teamed up with a small group of people with similar interests to make a family-style meal. • You’ll meet people around your own age that enjoy doing new things just like you. • You can come by yourself, knowing you’ll be teamed up with others who are also there to make new connections. • The recipes are for any skill level - from beginning to expert - and can be recreated at home with basic tools. You will be working with a group so you can contribute at your own level of comfort.
