Begin your weekend with the nourishment of mindful movement and conscious community.
Enjoy the rejuvenating power of mindful movement and conscious community as we practice Qoya!
Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also reference the types of movement practiced in a Qoya class–
Wise: the wisdom of linking movement with breath
Wild: the creative expression of free dance
Free: expanding your capacity to enjoy your body through pleasurable movement
All levels welcome and no experience necessary. There’s no way to do Qoya wrong. The way you know you’re doing it right is when it feels true to you. Qoya is a portal to your inner knowing, medicine for the soul, and it offers the invitation to connect with other women in a safe and sacred space.
Join us after class for a girls’ night gathering! Bring an appetizer or sweet treat to share (wine & non-alcoholic beverages provided).
Space is limited. Register early to secure your spot! To assure the safety of all, our protocol at this time is all non-vaccinated participants are strongly encouraged to wear masks.
