American Wine Society presents Wine Maker Phil Plummer! In this winemaker spotlight, we are featuring Phil Plummer, winemaker for Montezuma Winery, Idol Ridge Winery, and Fossenvue Wines. We will be tasting through some exciting wines Phil has handcrafted and will hear about the inspiration behind them and the different winemaking techniques used for these unique styles. There will be some light snacks to accompany the wine, along with a few alternative pairings There will be a social hour after the meeting. Wines from the bar will be available at a discounted price, along with a $10 corkage fee per bottle for our members.
