This team was founded in the summer of 2015 by a group of young paddlers who love competitive sports. In the past years, we grew from a group of newbie paddlers to one of the top club teams in the country. If you love working out and enjoy outdoor activities, we welcome you to join our weekly workout on Sunday to meet new friends, and get stronger. There is a selection process to join CYPN Storm for summer races and the details will be shared with you at a later time should you be interested. Check out our website for more information about our team. 龙舟比赛是什么 龙舟比赛是一个由10人 或20人划手组成一队的竞技水上运动. 通常, 竞技长度从200, 500 或是2000 米. What is a dragon boat race? Dragon boat race is a 10-paddler or 20-paddler water sport. The normal distances of a race can be 200m, 500m and 2000m. 会员 2-3月,我们的团体gym训练将以一次10刀来支付租用场地的费用. 团体训练主要是重量训练和高强度循环。选拔也将通过体能训练的方式进行。 4-10 月是水上训练. CYPN Storm 是以会员制的方式操作. 会员每年150 美金的会员费,会员费包括从四月到九月的水上训练所提供的船只，设备， 驳船, 保险，器械维护的费用， 以及教练们最有经验的指导等等. Membership February through March, there will be group gym workout with a $10/attendance fee to cover our gym rental. The gym workout is mostly weight training or circuit training. Initial team selection will be conducted during the team fitness training From April through October, the team will have water practice 2-3 times a week. The annual membership fee is $150 ($125 for students) for the entire race season. The fee will be used to cover dock rental, boat, equipment maintenance cost, etc.
