Welcome The Rev. Dr. Gawain de Leeuw as Priest in Charge of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church Fr. Gawain was ordained in the Diocese of Rochester in 1996 and has served in New York since September 1998. He brings a passion for building strong dense communities through reflection and connection, with practices of prayer and action. He has been a community leader in interfaith and social gospeel causes. He is a member of the Order of the Ascension, a dispersed Benedictine Community. He was graduated from Oberlin and University of Chicago, with further education from General, Bexley, Union, and Virginia Theological Seminary. He looks forward to connecting spiritual practices, art and music, and justice as a witness to the work of Jesus Christ. The Rev. Dr. Mark Jefferson , professor of homiletics at Virginia Theological Seminary will preach.
