Press release from the City of Edina: October 16, 2020 Edina, Minn., Oct. 14, 2020 – The Edina City Council will hold an electronic work session and meeting Tuesday, Oct. 20. At its work session, the City Council will meet with Finance Department staff to discuss the 2021 budget, 2021-2026 Capital Improvement Plan and a utility rate study. Members of the public can listen to the work session by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 9852899. The regular City Council meeting will begin at 7 p.m., followed by a short meeting of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority. Members of the public can watch the meeting live: Edina TV (Comcast Channels 813 or 16) Facebook.com/EdinaMN City's "Watch a Meeting" web page at EdinaMN.gov/LiveMeetings Members of the public can participate in "Community Comment" or the public hearing by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 1663828 during the meeting. A public hearing will be held on special assessments for delinquent utilities. To participate in Community Comment or the public hearing, press *1 on your telephone keypad after connecting to the conference. An operator will mute your line and place you into a queue until it is your turn to speak. After the public hearing, the call will end.
